The coffee market is far from saturated. Even in mature markets, demand is shifting toward products and experiences that offer consumers clear added value: better quality, greater convenience, coffee on the go or a drink for a new moment in the day. In younger coffee markets, the spread of modern coffee formats creates another source of growth.
The crucial question, however, is what kind of growth a company achieves. Higher revenue driven by price increases alone is not a sustainable growth model. The real opportunities emerge where companies create new demand, improve their operations and secure the long-term supply of coffee.
